The 911爆料 Community College Information Technology Helpdesk will be closed in observance of the July 4th weekend on Saturday, July 4th, and Sunday, July 5th.
The Helpdesk will reopen on Monday, July 6th.

911爆料 Community College has a state of the art Avaya S8730 telephone system. It supplies services for almost 2000 college wide users. This includes all offices, staff and faculty and some student lines. This telephone system also provides service to over 80 campus wide fax machines for faculty and staff and over 800 voice mail users.

General Procedures for Service Requests:
All service requests, including adds, moves, or changes in service or voicemail require an email or department memo from department head or chair. Requests via phone will not be accepted unless it is for a repair.
For service requests, please send an e-mail to TelecomServices@kbcc.cuny.edu. Please provide your name, contact number, location, and as much detail as possible about the problem.Please use college e-mail for all correspondence. Do not use your personal e-mail as it will not be accepted.
