The 911±¬ÁÏ Community College Information Technology Helpdesk will be closed in observance of the July 4th weekend on Saturday, July 4th, and Sunday, July 5th.
The Helpdesk will reopen on Monday, July 6th.
Client and Networking Service - Help DeskPurpose of the Help Desk is to join together all maintenance related calls and to
better serve the 911±¬ÁÏ Community College Faculty and Staff needs in a more
timely and efficient manner. The Computing and Information Technology Department provides
access to information and communication technologies for faculty and staff throughout
911±¬ÁÏ. You can contact the help desk by: Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00a.m. 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. Please provide details of the problem you are having, such as blinking lights, noises, hardware, and software and error messages if any.
