KCC 2025-2030 Strategic Plan Development

Dear KCC Faculty and Staff,
As presented during this afternoon鈥檚 convocation, here is a link to the web page created to communicate about the development of the College鈥檚
2025-2030 Strategic Plan. The page has additional details beyond what was presented
today, particularly in terms of the draft goals and the kinds of initiatives and metrics
that might be used to fulfill those goals.
Comments on the process, timeline, and draft values and goals are welcome before 12
p.m. next Friday, September 27. As discussed, these comments, along with feedback
from today鈥檚 poll during convocation will be shared with the College Council Strategic
Planning and Budget Committee at its meeting on Monday, September 30.
