Bring it Home
During harvest season (June-November) we distribute fresh produce for free to KCC students in partnership with the Access Resource Center office on campus. We鈥檝e found that many students seek cooking skills to create delicious, healthy, inexpensive meals at home, and may only select vegetables that they are already familiar with. Bring It Home, a program of , responds to this by teaching basic cooking skills to create meals with familiar and unfamiliar produce. Through Bring it Home, participants will increase their knowledge and confidence to cook healthy and delicious food for themselves and their families.
